Caemorgan is pleased to announce that following an enthusiastic response to the quality of our beef sourced from a local farmer we will add a steak menu to run alongside our December Menu.   Probably the best steaks around and cooked to perfection treat yourself to a succulent steak from our 'Simply Steaks' menu or a Christmas treat from our themed December Menu.  Chef David says "Simply the very best Steaks around, you will not be disappointed"

Our Steaks are from a local herd of Belgium Blue Beef of highest quality and consistently good flavour and texture.   Chosen to ensure you have probably the best steak in Wales delivered to your plate cooked exactly as you like it and served with a side of fries, mushroom and tomato.

16 oz 'T' Bone  £25

Traditionally the Sirloin and the Filet either side of the T Bone to add flavour and recommended Medium Rare at least to release all the flavour.

10 oz Sirloin £20.95

The most popular cut with a firmer texture recommended Medium Rare

8 oz Filet £24.95

The 'Premium Cut', most tender with a less intense flavour than sirloin recommended Rare

12 oz Rib eye £22

Almost as tender as the filet but with more intense flavour, recommended medium to let the flavours really cook into the meat from the fat.

Residents are served a full breakfast menu that includes a 'Taste of Wales' in our restaurant
between 8.00 am and 9.00 am Monday to Friday and 8.00 until 10.00 at weekends (again we can be flexible for the early starter if you let us know).    For a short while in the afternoon we serve Afternoon Teas (from Easter until Autumn).

We pride ourselves on the high standard of our restaurant and have pleasure in presenting a range of traditional restaurant fine dining with a Welsh slant.  All of our ingredients are sourced locally as far as possible to minimise the 'food miles' and also to ensure maximum freshness and flavour. By sourcing as much locally we are able to have intimate knowledge of the food provenance of our meals.  Examples include: from our breakfast menu the Smoked Salmon is from Rhydlewis, our eggs from Birchgrove; for dinner we have Scallops from Cardigan Bay, salt marsh lamb from Weobly Castle, Gower.
